Barnett Hill is a striking Queen Anne-style country house, surrounded by manicured gardens with far-reaching views across the Surrey Hills. The house and grounds provide an elegant backdrop for weddings of all sizes, offering couples the flexibility to create a celebration that feels personal and distinctive.
There are two ceremony spaces: the graceful Drawing Room and the open-air Croquet Lawn. Each accommodates up to 80 guests and can be styled to reflect the couple’s vision, whether indoors or under the wide Surrey skies.
For the wedding breakfast, the light-filled Garden Suite can host up to 80 guests in style. Evening celebrations for up to 120 guests can unfold across the Drawing Room, Oak Hall, and Garden Suite, allowing the day to flow smoothly and feel relaxed and unhurried.
There are 56 bedrooms across the estate, offering stylish and comfortable spaces for guests. With exclusive hire, the entire house becomes yours, including all rooms and suites. The Mansion Only package includes 18 bedrooms, accommodating up to 36 guests. The following morning, a full recovery breakfast is served to bring everyone together once more.
Menus are designed with flexibility in mind, from a formal three-course dinner to canapés or a relaxed barbecue on the terrace. The kitchen team is on hand to guide menu choices and deliver consistently high quality, whatever the style of dining.
Barnett Hill is easily reached by both road and rail. Guildford Station offers a regular fast service to London Waterloo in around 40 minutes, with further connections to Reading, Gatwick Airport, and Portsmouth. By car, Gatwick Airport is just 30 minutes away.
