We hosted our wedding at the Oystercatcher, and it was fantastic. The customer service from the front of house and the events team was nothing short of excellent all through our planning and on the day itself. The food was delicious, and our guests commented that it was much better than wedding food can often be when served on a large scale. Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. The venue itself is so beautiful, with amazing views across the river and beautiful greenery, which made it so easy to dress the space. Our guests and photographer loved the views, and they made for beautiful wedding photos. Overall, we had the best experience with the oystercatcher and would thoroughly recommend them.

We knew we wanted something different for our wedding, and what better way to celebrate than getting everyone you love together in a pub! We had eaten at The Oystercatcher many times, and it was one of our favourite spots, so an easy choice for our reception.

From the initial conversation to the days following our Big Day, Laura and the team were nothing but attentive, helpful, and so kind! The food was amazing, and the service was second to none! All of our guests commented on how brilliant the team were, and they truly felt like an extension of our day! I would definitely recommend The Oystercatcher for a perfect London wedding!

From the get-go Laura, the organiser was brilliant. We had such a beautiful and perfect wedding day, starting at the Admiral Hardy for the ceremony and then at The Oystercatcher for our wedding breakfast and party.

Tom and Ollie especially were fabulous, but the rest of the staff were so professional and courteous to us and all of our guests. We had many guests mention to us on the day just how lovely the staff were.

If you’re thinking of The Oystercatcher for your wedding venue, you will not be disappointed. Also, the views of the Thames were spectacular for photographs, and the outside heated seating area was a hit for our guests.

Wow, an exceptional venue with exceptional staff. We had our wedding reception at The Oystercatcher in June 2023 and were blown away by the level of service we received right from the beginning of planning, at the tasting evening and on the day. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how attentive the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved that we could rent the whole venue too and we would highly recommend it to anyone.
